Psychics121 provides services to the public under the following terms and conditions. 1. Conditions of Use To use psychic services on psychics121.com: 1.1 You must be over 18 years of age 1.2 Reside within the UK, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands (UK telephony domain) 1.3 Make either a premium rate telephone call to 0906 129 9922 charged at £1.50* per minute or send a text message to destiny 87777, charged at £1.50* per text message received. 1.4 You agree that your call will be recorded as required by Premium Rate Services regulators PPP and Ofcom. Your recorded call may also be used by us for promotional purposes. 1.5 Not be an employee or a member of a family or household, agent, consultant or associated company of psychic121 and its parent company. 1.6 You are compliant with the terms and conditions set out here. 1.7 We reserve the right, to end a call in the event that (a) we suspect that you are under the age of 18 or (b) we identify that a call has been made without the permission of the person who pays for the connection to the electronic communications network or (c) if you have been connected to the service for a significant amount of time without speaking and following our prompting, fail to speak or (d) [where you have spent £1.50* either in telephone calls or text messages, and after each £1.50* of call spend thereafter and following our prompting, you do not give an active confirmation that you wish to continue with the call or participate in the service. *Calls and texts from mobile networks may cost more depending on your network. You should check with your network to see their charges. 2. Charges 2.1 All charges for premium rate calls, SMS/MMS or any other premium service will be clearly displayed at point of purchase. 2.2 Call charges may vary when a call or SMS/MMS is made over a mobile network and that network applies an additional charge. You will need to contact your mobile network to confirm any additional charges applied to a service you use. 2.3 The total cost of a call will not exceed the maximum call time multiplied by the cost per minute. For example, a call costing £1.50 has a maximum call time of 20 minutes, the total call cost will be £30.00. If a call is made on a mobile network that applies additional charges, then the call will exceed the maximum call cost by the additional amount applied by the mobile network. 2.4 We reserve the right to change the number for any of our premium rate services, at any time deemed necessary by us. 3. Warranties By using this service you warrant to us that: 3.1 You are over 18 years of age. 3.2 You are the bill payer or have the bill payers permission to use the premium rate service provided by us. 3.3 If you are required to provide details to use a service, they are complete and accurate. 3.4 When using our services it does not constitute an illegal or otherwise unlawful activity and that your useage will be carried on in the utmost good faith. 4. Disclaimers 4.1 The services we provide are for entertainment purposes only. 4.2 We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services.
